Change of Address

We must have proof of residency documentation to change your address. You will need to provide the following documents:

1. Proof of Residency #1:  Home Sale Closing Documents, Property Tax Statement, Property Deed, or Lease Agreement

2. Proof Residency #2:  A Current Utility Bill(ie: Electricity, Gas or Water)

You will need to log into your Skyward Family Access account and select the Change Address Tile and upload the information.
