Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawing from HBMS during the school year

Please fill out the Fillable Withdrawal Form and return it to gonzalezt@ltisdschools.org with a copy of the parent/guardians ID/driver’s license.

If you are withdrawing your student to homeschool, please complete and return the Homeschool Withdrawal Form as well.

End of the School Year Withdrawals

If your Student is not returning to LTISD next year, please fill out the Summer Leaver Form and email it to gonzalezt@ltisdschools.org.

If you are withdrawing your student to homeschool, please complete and return the Homeschool Withdrawal Form as well.

Please remember to return chromebooks, chargers, textbooks, library books, athletic gear, calculators, fine arts uniforms, or any other district owned property.

You will be charged for the replacement cost of items not returned.
