Service Hours: How to Record Your Hours
As an NJHS member, you have pledged to complete 20 NJHS service hours for the 2024-2025 school year.
ALL NJHS SERVICE HOURS AND BUCS IN SERVICE HOURS ARE DUE April 19, 2025 BY MIDNIGHT

Students must use their LTISD Google Account to enter their hours on the link above and fill in all information fully and accurately. Students should “Send me a copy of my responses” to help keep track of their own service hours.

Scenario A) If you volunteered at Mobile Loaves & Fishes once, a National Charity League event, and a trash pick-up on Town Lake, you would complete the Official Submission Form three times.
Scenario B) If you tutored sixth grade students during advisory throughout the fall semester, you would complete the Official Submission Form once by using the final date of volunteering as your date of service.
Scenario C) If you volunteered at Mobile Loaves & Fishes six different times throughout the fall semester as well as an elementary school carnival, you would complete the Official Submission Form twice. For your entry over Mobile Loaves & Fishes, use the final date of volunteering as your date of service. Your second submission of the Official Submission Form would only be for the elementary school carnival.
***You are encouraged to take screen shots of the confirmation screen that will list your form responses. In the event that your service hour submissions need to be reviewed by our front office or our NJHS sponsors, you as the student are responsible for providing these screenshots in the event that the Google Form glitches.***
